Module PARP

ithin Scienta, we have digitized and improved the PARP process. This module includes the following components:   

  • Description of the PARP process
  • Explanation of PARP and the most commonly used terms
  • Documents allowing you to describe and record how decision-making and coordination within the organization take place, as well as outlining the norms and values framework of your organization.
  • Various templates:
    – PAR (Product Approval Report): This comprehensive template can be used and filled in when introducing a new product to the market. 
    – 
    PRR (Product Review Report): This comprehensive template can be used and filled in to review an existing product. 
    – 
    Phase-out Document (UD): This comprehensive template can be used and filled in to review an existing product. If the decision is not made to actively phase out a product, a regular PRR must be filled in. Otherwise, a phase-out document may be sufficient. 
  • Other PARP documents: Product dossier, Findings list, Review calendar, Logbook, Schedules, and Checklists.

 Of course, we can also provide everything in hard copy and manage it for you. We assist you in drafting a process description within your organization and can provide the templates to ensure that you PARP your products correctly. Additionally, we are prepared to assist with the PARP process for your products if needed.
